Who handles data on cpf3.org, what and why. Versione italiana.
Who
The controller is Giuseppe Canale, author of the Cybersecurity Psychology Framework, who runs cpf3.org. Write to [email protected] for anything about your data.
Reading the site
Pages are served through Cloudflare (delivery and protection from attacks) from a server at IONOS in the European Union. Both process your IP address and browser data to deliver the page and keep the site safe, with technical logs kept for a short time. The site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies; your language choice is kept in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe site.
The quick scan
The quick scan stores your answers, the sector and size you choose, the language and the date, under a random code that only your link knows. It asks for no name, email or company, so we cannot tell who answered.
Live examples and the test endpoint
The monitoring page scores three made-up examples through the API of Silicon Psyche Labs (splabs.io); nothing you type is sent. The address /llm is a test endpoint for security tools that imitates a language model: it records every request it receives (time, IP address, headers and body) to study how the tools behave. Do not send personal data to it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security research.
Outside the EU
Cloudflare may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, limit or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]: we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Chi.
Navigazione.
I tuoi diritti.
